My first time here as I just moved into the area. I must say I'm impressed! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I asked her about cat food and she gave me best advice without being preachy. Store clean and easy to find what you need for your furry friends. This will be to-go-to place for my pet family needs!

Very knowledgeable staff, a squeaky clean store that carries various brands of pet food and accessories. They also offer a rewards program which is quite unique and can save the customer some $$. Their free same day delivery service was prompt and came on time. 11/10 would recommend Pet Mama!!

The owner is lovely and so accommodating. The employees are all very helpful and friendly. They are doing a great job at curb-side pickup- it is very organized and they have updated their website to make shopping during the pandemic easy. They have a great selection of food, treats, clothing, and toys. Before lockdown I brought my dog in to try on jackets and they were so patient and allowed her to try on multiple jackets to find the best fit. Great shop.

this store is stocked full of all you need. the staff are so helpful and kind as well! they have a points card and it’s great because i have two cats so i can save on cat liter and food. thanks!

I love having a locally owned pet store just down the street from my house. I have been coming to Pet Mama for years after adopting a cat. The staff are always very kind and helpful. They offer free same day or next day delivery over $40 dollars, which is amazing since many people often don't have cars in the city. The owner is also very kind and she often brings her two sweet dogs to the store. They also have a points system so you can earn money towards your future purchases, which is rare for a small business. I would definitely recommend Pet Mama to anyone in the area.

This is my first time ordering from Pet Mama, and I am impressed by their exceptional service. It surpasses the service of big companies like Petsxxxt. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order on the same day since I placed it before 3 pm, and it arrived perfectly. I will definitely order from here again and recommend this store to all my furries friends.

My dog & I love going into Pet Mama on Bathurst. The ladies are awesome. The delivery is amazing. The delivery man is wonderful! Sweet, polite, and cute. :)They have all the products a big box store has, but it's Canadian eh!

Best pet food store in the St. Clair West area or in the city for that matter! Owners are amazing and their delivery service is so convenient. No other retailers that I know provide this service without using a delivery service. Makes a huge difference! Thank you Pet Mama!
